Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist (PT) provides a full range of services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment, adhering to professional standards and ethics. Licenses and Certifications:
Must hold and maintain a current, valid state PT license or certification. Current CPR certification is preferred. Education and Experience:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; 0-1 years of experience. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, limitations, and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and strategies for managing conditions. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care. Perform other duties as assigned. GET IN TOUCH
