What We Offer: Comprehensive support to help you succeed The chance to work with a passionate and collaborative team The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students\' communication skills and overall growth Qualifications: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Colorado with ASHA certification Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certification or proficiency in the target language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred Experience as a bilingual speech-language pathologist in a school or educational setting Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and therapy techniques in both English and the target language Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with students, families, school staff, and related service providers Proficiency in assessment, therapy planning, and documentation Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of students\' speech, language, and communication skills in both English and the target language Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans in the student\'s primary language and English Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups Collaborate with teachers, paras, and staff to integrate goals into IEPs and classroom activities Communicate regularly with parents/caregivers and the educational team about progress and home practice recommendations Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques, materials, and technology to enhance learning and generalize skills Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, assessments, progress reports, and other documentation Benefits: Competitive salary Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package Flexible work arrangements Opportunities for professional development and growth Collaborative and supportive work environment Equal Opportunity Employer: E-Therapy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
