What role you will play in our team
Manufacturing Chemist that is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory testing and analysis. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives, maintains instrumentation, and ensures compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. The Chemist also serves as a key liaison between the laboratory, operations, customers, and third-party laboratories. What you will do
Maintain continuous improvement of testing accuracy and analytical methods Develop and enhance laboratory analyses and procedures Oversee evaluation, procurement, installation, and maintenance of laboratory instruments Perform and document procedure verifications Coordinate calibration schedules and activities Coordinate customer interactions and ensure timely communication Ensure product testing and reporting meet customer specifications and requirements About you
Skills and Qualifications: Masters or PhD in Chemistry or a related discipline Experience in a chemical plant or industrial laboratory setting Strong understanding of analytical chemistry and laboratory instrumentation Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality systems Preferred Qualifications/ Experience: PhD preferred An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
