Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit. Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs regularly. Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Participate in continuous professional development and training. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery. Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately. Maintain high visibility of work activities and results. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times. Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Support a positive work environment through teamwork and communication. Utilize technology and tools to enhance patient care efficiency. Experience / Qualifications
Current RN license in Mississippi or compact state required. Adherence to safety and infection control protocols is essential. Experience in Progressive Care Unit or similar critical care environment. Commitment to continuous professional development and training. Ability to achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team success. Strong assessment skills to monitor patient conditions effectively. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Strong communication skills for patient and family education. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.
