We are looking for an Experienced Remodel Plumber to join our team. In this position, you will:
Complete plumbing remodel calls within your current area of expertise.
Establish customer rapport to build confidence in the team and recommend the right products and services.
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
Aim to exceed your KPI goals.
Successfully complete follow-up calls.
Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient, or underperforming systems.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-inventoried truck.
Desired Skills and Experience
Licensed Journeyman Plumber
Remodel and/or New Construction experience is required
Competent in using all tools and resources related to remodel calls.
Knowledge of plumbing and gas codes and safety standards.
Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
Ability to take timely action to solve problems using established policies and procedures.
Ability to read and understand manuals, safety rules, and procedures.
Hold at least one state license or certification.
Engaged in ongoing technical development (e.g., cross-training in different disciplines).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
