Job Description Job Summary:
Contribute to the future of flight as a GE Aerospace intern or co-op. You will work on designing aircraft engines for commercial and military use, supporting them throughout their service life. Gain experience in areas such as component design, analysis, testing, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, engine controls, and materials, tailored to your preferences and academic background.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
Enrolled in a full-time accredited engineering program (e.g., Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering)
Willing to work in the US, primarily in Cincinnati, OH or Lynn, MA
Reliable transportation
Graduation date on or after July 2027
Eligibility:
Successful completion of background check and drug screening required. US work authorization necessary; no visa sponsorship available.
Desired Characteristics:
Upperclassmen preferred
Passion for aerospace technology
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in programming and computer skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Analytical mindset and leadership qualities
