What You’ll Do
Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers with transparency and integrity Structure deals to ensure profitability while maintaining lender and compliance guidelines Secure financing through strong relationships with multiple lenders and banks Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations Maintain and exceed performance goals for PVR, product penetration, and CSI scores Partner with sales managers and sales teams to maximize every opportunity Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds trust and repeat business What We’re Looking For
Proven F&I experience in an automotive dealership (1–3 years preferred) Strong knowledge of lender programs, compliance, and menu selling processes Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills Professional presence, high ethical standards, and a strong work ethic Proficiency in DMS/CRM systems and digital menu tools Benefits

Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department’s overall profitability and product penetration Track portfolio with lenders Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork daily to ensure timely turnaround on all deals Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods Qualifications
Prior automotive F&I experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and strong work ethic Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements Ability to work within a fast-paced environment About Us

The physical requirements of the position are LIGHT to MEDIUM in intensity. Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time. Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely. Constant – Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing. Frequent – Repetitive motion. Occasional – Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 20 lbs. Physical Working Conditions
This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operation an auto dealership.
