We are seeking a skilled Structural Fitter to join our team. The Structural Fitter will be responsible for fabricating and fitting metal components and structures according to blueprints and specific welding requirements. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Structural Fitter or similar role. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment. Ability to use various hand and power tools. Excellent attendance is mandatory. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Responsibilities:
Study blueprints and technical drawings to determine the best welding techniques and methods. Cut, shape, and fit metal components according to specifications. Ensure the quality and accuracy of completed work. Operate welding equipment following safety guidelines. Inspect and test welded structures to discover flaws. Maintain equipment in good condition. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project goals are met in a timely manner. Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Willingness to work in different environments, including heights. Company Culture:
