Day Shift Maintenance Engineer

to join a high-performing team within a landmark commercial office space. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, high-spec environment — no two days will be the same. What You’ll Be Doing

Electrical Systems:

Lighting installs, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballasts, control panels, power distribution Mechanical Equipment:

Pumps, motors, seals, bearings, basic HVAC HVAC & Plant:

AHUs, FCUs, emergency lighting, air conditioning units Monitoring Systems:

Chillers (resets), BMS (hot/cold trends), UPS systems Teamwork:

Collaborate with a large, supportive onsite engineering team Service Delivery:

Ensure smooth building operations and top-tier tenant services Your Work Pattern

Shifts:

4 days on, 4 days off Hours:
