Production Supervisor
Your Priorities Supervises the process and all employees in the department. Schedules the workload for all employees in the department. Ensures manufacturing process in the department meets all production and quality requirements. Performs recordkeeping for various aspects of the manufacturing process, as required. Addresses all production emergencies and any requests from other department supervisors in a responsible and professional manner. Monitors safety within the department on a continual basis, and holds monthly safety meetings with employees. Salary Range: $58,000 - $75,000 Qualifications
Your Background High School diploma or GED, plus 5 years of manufacturing experience with 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Associate degree in a business or technical field related to manufacturing, and experience with JIT production system, TPM, and Kaizen implementationis preferred. At North American Lighting
