Purpose of the job: Participate in project/offer development through Vibroacoustic management, simulations, and measurements of Rolling Stock and Components. Develop methodologies and technologies related to Vibroacoustics in R&D tasks. Apply numerical simulation methodologies for development of rolling stock and components. Participate in testing campaigns for experimental modal analysis and transfer path analysis, including organization and analysis of tests. Responsibilities Main missions: Apply Vibroacoustic guidelines to project tasks. Analyze tenders' Vibroacoustic data by comparison with previous solutions. Prepare specifications and Vibroacoustic Management Plans (VAMP). Select efficient methods for allocation, verification, and validation during tender and project phases. Allocate noise sources and train assemblies using standard methodologies. Perform Vibroacoustic tests, postprocess data, and report findings. Conduct simulations for exterior/interior noise and components. Coordinate with discipline leaders and domain experts for validation and data gathering. In case of numerical simulation assignment: Perform and validate advanced Vibroacoustic simulations using FE, BE, SEA, and raytracing techniques. In case of Transfer Path or Experimental Modal analysis: Conduct advanced Vibroacoustic tests. Qualifications: Engineering degree in Vibroacoustics or acoustics. OIQ Member. Over 5 years of experience in automotive, aeronautics, railway, or building sectors. Experience with multichannel Vibroacoustic testing and postprocessing. Proficiency in Matlab (standard or advanced level depending on R&D involvement). Management skills for R&D actions (for R&D roles). French and English language skills at advanced levels. For numerical simulation roles: knowledge of Finite Element theory, experience with Altair Hyperworks (Optistruct), VA ONE, and modal analysis software.
