Key Qualifications: 3-10 years of Civil Engineering experience, specifically in land development. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR, and WaterCAD. Strong knowledge of stormwater and utility design, including a solid understanding of permitting processes and codes. Experience in preparing detailed engineering calculations and construction plans. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Licensed Professional Engineer (Florida) preferred, EIT required Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Solid organization skills with a focus on multitasking and meeting deadlines with precision. Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in Florida land development preferred.
