Compensation & Benefits We are offering up to a $10,000 Sign on Bonus and up to $10,000 in Educational Assistance (loan repayment) to new hires who meet the requirements.
This Regional Float position will support our ICU departments.
Pay Range: $36.00 - $52.20 /hour
Responsibilities
Follow the nursing process which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Assessment – Demonstrate a systematic, dynamic way to collect and analyze healthcare consumer data including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic and lifestyle factors.
Administer medications accurately and safely.
Execute accurate and thorough documentation for all patients treated.
Maintain Physician orders.
Requirements
Graduate of an RN nursing program.
Active RN licensure in the state of Nebraska, Iowa, or nurse licensure compact.
Basic life support is required upon hire.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required within 5 months of hire.
Other credentials may be needed based on the level of care RN floats to.
Ability to travel to multiple metro facilities as needed on short notice.
2 years of ICU experience required.
