Join our team as a Production Associate! We’re looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Production Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in various aspects of product distribution, working with raw and cooked packaged products, setting up lines, lifting totes, palletizing, picking, and sanitizing. Location: Prince George, Virginia, United States Shift(s)

Usually works three to five days a week, with overtime as required based on production need. 7:00pm – 7:30am, Thursday – Saturday Pay and Benefits

Work at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products. Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold food safety standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets. Participate in company and department safety programs. High School or equivalent not required but preferred. Experience Preferred

Experience in a distribution warehouse preferred. Ability to tolerate exposure to wet and moist floors, including metal and plastic grating surfaces. Ability to stand for an extended period and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs by reaching, bending, and pushing boxes. Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection as required. May work in an environment with varying temperatures between 28°F and 100°F. May handle product varying in temperatures between 25°F and 50°F. May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 dB to 110 dB. May be exposed to dust, feathers and all chemicals used in poultry food processing facilities. Occasional exposure to carbon dioxide vapors 10 ppm and chlorine less than 20 ppm.
