to oversee and manage all carpentry operations within commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate teams, ensure quality craftsmanship, and maintain adherence to project schedules and safety standards. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of carpentry teams on commercial construction sites.

Review project blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute carpentry tasks.

Ensure all carpentry work meets quality standards and complies with building codes and safety regulations.

Manage inventory, tools, and materials, ensuring timely availability for project execution.

Train, mentor, and evaluate carpentry staff to maintain high levels of performance and productivity.

Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor project timelines and report progress, challenges, and solutions to management.

Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven expertise in commercial carpentry with hands-on experience in a supervisory role.

Strong understanding of construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Knowledge of commercial building materials, carpentry techniques, and safety protocols.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently on-site.

Proficiency in using carpentry tools, machinery, and equipment.

Experience

Minimum

5 years of experience

in commercial carpentry.

At least

2 years of experience

in a foreman or supervisory capacity on commercial construction projects.

Working Hours

Full-time position; typically

8–10 hours per day

depending on project requirements.

Flexibility required for extended hours during critical project deadlines.

On-site presence is mandatory.

Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple teams effectively.

In-depth knowledge of carpentry materials, joinery techniques, and construction standards.
