We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

General Contractor Construction Superintendent

to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. We are looking for a Superintendent who can execute tactful construction of ground-up projects across Georgia and Alabama.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience At least five years of experience in commercial construction, overseeing ground-up projects in healthcare, financial, and light industrial sectors Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills OSHA 30-hour certification within the last 5 years or ability to renew Proficiency in project reporting software, MS Office, and blueprint reading Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Problem-solving and decision-making skills Valid driver’s license and ability to travel Responsibilities

Enforce safety compliance and advocate for safety as the top priority Supervise construction efforts to meet design, budget, schedule, and client objectives Conduct weekly site meetings with subcontractors and vendors Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety programs, and work rules Maintain health and safety standards for workers Prepare and distribute field reports timely Manage punch list completion and monitor subcontractor progress Assist in project scheduling and layout verification Coordinate with project management and clients Maintain organized and professional job sites Physical Demands

Work involves indoor and outdoor construction site duties Extended hours, night shifts, and physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and various movements Work Environment

The environment includes indoor offices, interior, and outdoor construction sites with exposure to various conditions such as weather, noise, and chemicals. Safety gear is mandatory, and accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
