Physical Therapist – Pelvic Health
Location: Salisbury, MD. Full‑time or part‑time positions available. Up to $5,000 commitment bonus and $15,000 retention bonus (full‑time only).
About the Role We’re looking for a Physical Therapist, Pelvic Health to join our team of 20 specialists in a patient‑focused, welcoming clinic. This role focuses on providing evidence‑based, individualized care to patients with incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy/post‑partum recovery, prolapse, and related conditions. You’ll deliver 1:1 care, collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, mentor staff, and shape a supportive, growth‑oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical assessments, to establish individualized care plans.
Deliver evidence‑based therapy interventions—exercise, manual techniques, and specialized equipment—to restore function and relieve pain.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
Provide direction and mentorship to PTAs, rehab aides, and other clinical support staff.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
Educate patients and families on therapy goals, expectations, and home program activities.
Protect patient privacy and uphold the highest standards of safety.
Ensure compliance with Medicare, documentation requirements, and clinical quality standards.
Contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment by following company policies and industry regulations.
Support the team and patients by assisting with other responsibilities as needed.
Education & Licensure (Required)
Valid Maryland PT license (or eligible via PT Compact).
Graduate of an accredited PT program.
CPR/BLS certification (required).
