Responsibilities
Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment options.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in respiratory care.
Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve personal effectiveness.
Contribute to team goals and support colleagues in achieving targets.
Assist in the development of respiratory care protocols and best practices.
Engage in community outreach to promote respiratory health awareness.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Indiana.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience with administering respiratory therapy treatments in clinical settings.
Ability to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Strong communication skills to educate patients and families effectively.
Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in respiratory care.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation of patient treatments.
Experience collaborating with a healthcare team to optimize patient care.
Ability to utilize performance metrics to evaluate personal effectiveness.
Engagement in community outreach for respiratory health awareness.
