(flexible if needed) We’re seeking a highly skilled
NICU RN
to join a dedicated neonatal intensive care team in Las Cruces, NM. This assignment is ideal for nurses with strong critical care skills who are passionate about caring for our most vulnerable patients. Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of recent NICU experience required Certifications:
BLS and NRP required Licensure:
Active NM RN license or compact license Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to critically ill newborns in a Level II/III/IV NICU environment Monitor infants’ vital signs, administer medications, and manage specialized equipment Support families through education and compassionate communication Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare team members Document all care according to facility and regulatory standards Why Las Cruces?
