Key Account Manager Belux

for the Medical Solutions Business you will make an impact by playing an important role in accelerating Solventums Medical Solutions Hospital Sales. You assume responsibility for all hospitals and hospital buying groups in Belgium & Luxemburg You expand your network with existing and new customers, managing contracts and tenders, negotiations, and pricing with hospital procurement. You recognize market trends and apply this knowledge successfully for your customers. You collaborate closely with your colleagues account managers and product specialist. You can count on the experience and guidance of the Sales Manager to whom you will report. Profile

You hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a (para)medical field. You have commercial and negotiation experience with procurement in the Belgian hospital segment and a track record in building value enhancing relationships with key accounts. You are experienced in tender and contract processes and know how to steer them into a successful collaboration. You are a diplomatic, intelligent and skilled negotiator who is very goal-oriented and can mobilize others around your ideas and vision to close deals. You distinguish yourself through your analytical mind, your customer-oriented approach and your ability to communicate and present at multiple levels. You are bilingual Dutch – French, you are fluent in English. Your flexibility and team spirit actively contribute to the overall result. You act as a natural coach and are able to guide the hospital sales team towards maximal results. Offer
