1 year of recent acute care RN experience required Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida or compact license eligible (must obtain Florida RN license prior to start) Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred BLS (AHA Healthcare provider) required prior to start NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 30 days of hire Schedule & Unit Information
Shift: Days Only (7a–7p), rotating weekends Unit Details: 30-bed Med Surg Neuro unit Nurse-to-patient ratios aligned with acuity-based staffing Patient population: neurological, post-surgical, stroke, and medical-surgical cases Reports to the Director of Nursing Compensation & Incentives
