Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!) Provide an outstanding customer service experience. We treat our members like family! Keep the gym and lobby area cleaned and disinfected at all times. Host a party and engage with kids in the evenings (e.g., late-night events) while parents enjoy time with their children’s activities. You’d fit in here if…
You’re open to being a goofball and love celebrating kids’ success. (A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics or dance helps as well.) Kids walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in. You’ll get your steps in and stay active throughout the day. We build relationships with kids and their families that last a lifetime. There are playful and flexible tasks you might do, such as folding t-shirts or acting like a dinosaur. This may not be your career, but we’re prepared to train you as if it were. About The Little Gym
