Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical abilities and rehabilitation needs. - Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, patient goals, and evidence-based practice. - Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation. - Monitor patient progress throughout treatment, modifying approaches as necessary based on evaluative findings. - Educate patients and their families on exercises, body mechanics, and injury prevention techniques to promote long-term health and recovery. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Document patient care activities, progress notes, and evaluations in compliance with legal and ethical standards. - Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in treatment practices, and continuing education opportunities. Compensation and Schedule: Pay: Negotiable

Day Shift
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Skills and Qualifications: Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Certification in specialized areas (geriatrics) is a plus.
