Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
and help create a safe, supportive, and healing environment for our residents during the overnight hours. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night Conduct routine room checks and maintain accurate documentation Support residents in adhering to their treatment plans and facility rules Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary Communicate effectively with clinical staff and participate in shift change reports Maintain a clean, structured, and therapeutic environment Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred Previous experience in behavioral health, residential care, or similar setting is a plus Ability to remain alert and responsive during overnight hours Strong interpersonal and communication skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Must pass background check and drug screening What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay + shift differentials Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees) Paid time off and holiday pay Ongoing training and professional development A supportive and mission-driven work environment Ready to make a difference while others sleep?
