Overview

The Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repairs on all electronic slot related equipment, installs, moves, removes and modifies all related stands, signage and machines. Ensure adherence to Lucky Star employee handbook and gaming machine policies and procedures in accordance with National Indian Gaming Commission Minimum Internal Control Standards. Work Schedule

Requires morning, afternoon and evenings. Monday through Sunday. Unexpected business circumstances could alter the shift schedule as well as add additional unforeseen duties. Requests to be scheduled off for a specific day require advance notification and approval by supervisor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain and report problems with electronic gaming machines and systems, to include server, dollar bill acceptor, printer, locks and point of sale units. Maintain cash-out ticket paper inventory. Process Jackpot payouts & Title 31 requirements. Reset machines. Process Jackpot paperwork and submit to cage, unless performing removals or installs. Resolve payout/last games played issues as well as other customer disputes. Notify vendors of work needing to be completed. Complete supporting documents/logs for gaming machines that are brought on/off line. Must assist and exhibit STAR treatment to all customers, co-workers and vendors. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Physical Job Requirements

Work in highly interruptive conditions with constant time pressures and have the ability to work in fast paced environment. Sit and/or stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break. Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling. Move objects up to and exceeding 40lbs. with reasonable accommodations. Gaming floor environment. Qualification Standards

Must pass pre-employment drug test. Must maintain valid Cheyenne-Arapaho Gaming License. Minimum six months working experience. Basic verbal and written communication skills.
