Position Overview As a Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing Technician, you’ll be hands-on in the field, using professional tools and equipment to deliver high-quality service. This is an active, outdoor job that rewards hustle, attention to detail, and great customer service.
Average Weekly Pay
$1,000/week average
$1,500–$2,000/week during peak season
(spring, early summer, fall). We pay commission + bonuses + tips, and top performers consistently earn above-average pay.
Key Responsibilities
Clean windows by hand and/or using professional tools (interior/exterior)
Perform pressure washing of homes, driveways, patios, decks, fences, and buildings
Operate and maintain pressure washing and window cleaning equipment
Use ladders and work at heights safely
Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
Ensure each job meets Shine’s high standards of quality and professionalism
Who You Are
Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
Physically fit – able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Great with people and able to communicate professionally
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience in window cleaning or pressure washing is a bonus, but
we train the right people
