Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver a varied portfolio of planning projects across rural and mixed-use developments
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery
Oversee budgets, project coordination, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth
Provide strategic planning advice and support across multiple disciplines
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions
What You'll Bring
Chartered Planner (MRTPI) or equivalent professional qualification
5+ years of post-qualification planning experience
Proven success in business development and project delivery
Strong presentation, analytical, and client management skills
Commercially minded, flexible, and proactive approach
Understanding of rural planning issues (beneficial, not essential)
Hybrid working structure with lots of flexibility
