Job Responsibilities:

Admissions, Discharges, and Transfers of residents

Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians

Medication administration

Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies

Collaborating with residents’ interdisciplinary team to provide optimal outcomes

Identifying and reporting abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy

Qualifications:

LPN licensed by the State

CPR Certification required

Two years of prior nursing experience preferred
