Career Opportunities with Butler Hospital Careers At Butler Hospital Butler Hospital is seeking a talented and energized program therapist to treat patients in our Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program. The OCD IOP is a highly specialized program for patients diagnosed with OCD, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder or Specific Phobias, who are ready to participate in intensive exposure therapy as part of their treatment in the program. Patients are ages 18+ and of any gender. ERP is provided to patients through both group and individual sessions over a 6-8 week course of treatment. Duties include initial psychiatric evaluations, group therapy and 1:1 therapy sessions alongside an incredible team of Psychiatrists and Psychologists. The program operates Monday through Thursday and the program therapist hours are from 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. The position offers paid time off, medical, dental and other amazing benefits. Incentive pay beyond the expectations of the role is available but not mandatory. Requirements

Education : Master’s Degree in related field required Licensure : Independent Therapy License preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or must be eligible/post grad earning hours towards RI licensure Training and Experience : Experience in a psychiatric/mental health setting is required. Interest in anxiety, ocd, and exposure therapy required. Training will be provided by experts in the field who are working within the same program. Experience in providing group and individual therapy preferable. Special Qualifications : Interest and commitment in the programs at Butler Hospital and the dept of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at Brown.
