Salary Range: $22.00 to 32.00 per hour

*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individuals related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.

Production Associate III

is responsible for supporting the production process by operating machinery, assembling products, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a smooth workflow within the manufacturing environment. The role involves performing hands-on tasks to help meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Verify Batch Sheets to ensure weights, and solids fall within range prior to pumping into slurry.

Clean batching, holding, and line tanks as needed.

Support production as needed.

Gather samples for QC testing.

Inspect Batching equipment and communicate any abnormalities to supervisor.

Maintain workflow by operating equipment; monitoring and measuring the steps of the production process

Maintain a high-quality standard/ensure quality system compliance

Assist in continuous improvement projects

Ensure document control is being completed properly

Ensure that non-conforming material is clearly defined and segregated

Comply with established manufacturing processes

Be able to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Maintain housekeeping standards (5S).

Requirements

High school diploma, GED or 2+ years experience in manufacturing

Mathematics; ability to add, subtract, multiply divide in all units of measure using whole number, common fractions and decimals.

Strong PC skills, MS office-EXCEL.

Basic understanding of Batching or mixing.

Ability to understand and follow work instructions

Ability to follow verbal instructions

Ability to work in a team and individually

Have high attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Physical Requirements Must be able to sit and stand intermittently, use a keyboard, climb stairs occasionally, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations.

Ability to troubleshoot minor machine or production issues to maintain workflow.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a production team.

Knowledge of safety practices and willingness to adhere to them.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is typically preferred but not always required.

On-the-job training may be provided for those with no prior experience.
