Project Hospitality . Position Overview: Fee For Service - Experience working with families and children. Therapists are eligible for training, supervision supplements, and performance-based incentives after 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year of service. Potential earnings up to $80,000 with a sign-on bonus up to $3,000. Flexible work schedule including days, evenings, and weekends with hybrid options. Responsibilities and Qualifications: Provide practitioner services to children and youth (21 and under) with behavioral and mental health challenges in homes and community settings. Conduct psychosocial evaluations, intake assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and therapy (individual, group, family). Engage effectively with diverse populations with cultural sensitivity. Understand evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Develop communication with schools and child welfare resources to advocate for children and families. Maintain strong documentation and formulate treatment plans addressing behavioral issues. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; prior experience with at-risk populations preferred. Experience with telehealth services and video platforms is a plus. We provide paid supervision with an LCSW, and cover training costs. Home and offsite sessions are paid at 150% of clinic rates. A Master’s in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling is required, with licenses such as LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC preferred. Additional Details:
