ProSidian is seeking Animal Care Aides for Program Support on a contract basis (Exempt 1099). The position is generally located across the CONUS, primarily in Charlotte, NC, supporting the Mid Atlantic Region. We are looking for 288 candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector experience, including functional and technical expertise, to support professional services engagements for clients such as the City of Charlotte (COC). This role is classified as a Functional Area Professional in Animal Services, with responsibilities supporting Animal Care and Support activities. ProSidian reserves the right to convert these contract positions into full-time W-2 employment. Job Overview
Provide animal care support, including feeding, watering, cleaning enclosures, observing animal health, assisting in enrichment activities, sanitizing containers, and maintaining care logs. The work sites are located in Charlotte, NC, at or near 683 East 4th Street, with possible remote work arrangements. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Comfort with animal handling and sanitation practices Skills and Competencies
Dependability, compassion, attention to detail Time management and cleaning procedures Additional competencies include teamwork, leadership, business acumen, effective communication, motivation, agility, judgment, and organization. Other Details
