Stop wasting your talent on cold, dead-end lists. Imagine a role where the leads are not just warm—they’re generated from high‑credibility TV and radio programs, where your primary job isn’t chasing ghosts, but converting engaged prospects who already know our name and trust our message into qualified appointments.
At Omega Wealth Private Capital, we’ve built a robust marketing engine designed for one purpose: to fill your pipeline. We’re a fiercely independent wealth advisory firm that has become a trusted resource for retirees across the region. Now, we need a disciplined, high‑energy operator to be the crucial link between our marketing reach and our advisors’ calendars.
This is not a typical call center gig. You are the engine of our growth. Your professionalism, persistence, and skill directly determine how many families we can help secure their retirements. You will master a proven process, work with a team that values precision, and see the direct impact of your performance every single day.
Responsibilities
Convert
high‑quality, inbound inquiries from our TV, radio, digital, and live event channels into confirmed first appointments for our advisory team.
Execute
a disciplined outbound calling strategy to our database of warm prospects, using firm‑approved scripting and professional objection handling.
Master
the art of qualification, identifying high‑fit prospects by confirming their retirement timeline, financial context, and primary concerns.
Command
multiple advisor calendars with precision, managing scheduling, confirmations, and pre‑meeting logistics to ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintain
immaculate records in our CRM, ensuring all data is accurate, compliant, and actionable for both sales and marketing.
Drive
the firm’s revenue goals by meeting and exceeding weekly targets for set and kept appointments, protecting our show‑rate through methodical follow‑up.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
At least one year of proven success in a role centered on appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales.
Phone Command:
A confident, professional, and clear communication style with the ability to build rapport and handle objections with maturity.
Discipline:
The ability to thrive in a high‑volume, metrics‑driven environment, managing your time and tasks with extreme organization.
