Provide overall project leadership, planning, contract administration, coordination, and compliance to ensure safe, quality construction of the Work of the Project, on schedule, within budget, proactively focused on Client’s expectations and concerns. Reinforce and assist with CF Evans corporate safety, quality, and schedule / production management programs, and lead, implement, and enforce project planning and customer service programs for the Work of the Project; foster cooperative and collaborative partner relationships. Oversee review and ensure the entire project team has a thorough understanding of project-specific contract documents (especially IFC drawings, specifications, submittals, etc.). Ensure bidding, award, preparation, and execution of subcontracts and purchase orders are administered efficiently; proactively identify and resolve risks; promptly address RFIs and RFCOs. Develop, implement, and lead: contract and 3-week schedules; project controls for subcontract trade work, vendor-supplied materials, equipment, services, and third-party activities; bi-weekly Owner/Architect meetings; weekly/daily coordination meetings; contingency plans; client, architect, and project communications. Ensure all costs of the construction process remain within the Client’s budget, including cost estimating, reporting, breakouts, pay requests, cash flow analysis, change orders, and monthly financials; document costs for all change events and non-conformance, delays and rework. Proficiently utilize technology tools to ensure reliable results, gain efficiencies, and improve project team performance; lead best practices. Reinforce daily goal setting and accountability with subcontractor and vendor partnerships by setting direction, aligning resources, and motivating the team. Details
