We’re looking for a dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to spearhead the implementation of the Hubbell Manufacturing System (HMS) and foster a vibrant lean culture. This pivotal role offers the chance to collaborate across departments, pinpoint inefficiencies, and champion initiatives that enhance productivity, slash costs, and elevate quality.

Responsibilities

Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

Plan, organize, and facilitate cross‑functional Kaizen events.

Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

Lead improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution.

Use data and metrics to track effectiveness and inform decisions.

Conduct training sessions on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.

Collaborate with multiple departments to align improvement initiatives.

Monitor and report on progress and impact of improvement initiatives.

Manage change by communicating effectively and ensuring stakeholder buy‑in.

Ensure all process improvements comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Facilitate Kaizen, 5S, waste identification, and problem‑solving activities.

Lead and influence cross‑functional teams.

Apply data analysis tools and software to support improvement initiatives.

Demonstrate strong project management, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (plus).

Results‑oriented focus on execution and accountability.

Adaptable, self‑motivated, and strong leadership capabilities.

High initiative and self‑motivation.
