Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for a Full-time Program Manager in Pima County. The Program Manager is the perfect position for a determined social worker or behavioral health professional looking for an exciting and rewarding career opportunity supervising Case Managers and Clinicians while supporting young people to overcome challenges and recognize their potential. CFSS specializes in partnering with families to build effective relationships and to inspire hope for a positive future. This position requires a true mindset of service delivery and creativity. Program Manager Responsibilities

Oversee a team of case managers and clinicians, providing supervision, support, training, and evaluation. Demonstrate the ability to relate to and build positive connections with children and adults. Work in a strength-based and family-centered way and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Facilitate team meetings, perform family intakes, write assessments, service plans, complete risk assessments and crisis planning. Facilitate CFT meetings (establishing an agenda, maintaining a strength-based environment, staying within timeframes, ensuring all participants contribute, and assisting the team in developing consensus) with professional interaction with stakeholders and community members. Measure and track progress and outcomes for young people and families. Work in both community and office settings. Participate in a Manager On-Call Rotation. Perform other duties related to the position. Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED Minimum of five (5) years related work experience in behavioral health Related Master’s degree Supervisory experience required Ability to provide clinical supervision Requirements

Must be 21 years or older Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39 month driving record Reliable transportation, including proof of insurance Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training Compensation and Benefits
