Our commercial German & Austrian team is growing and we are looking for our new
Management & Sales Team Assistant In this position, you will support our commercial team in Germany and Austria, comprising the General Manager and six Key Account Managers, while also collaborating cross-functionally with our Medical Affairs team. You’ll coordinate administrative, financial, and organizational activities that keep our operations running efficiently — ensuring smooth daily operations so the commercial team can focus on driving business growth and delivering customer success.
You will mostly work on: Coordinate sales operations, including demand planning, tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting, and preparation of presentations.
Manage invoicing, expenses, and general administrative support for the sales team and the General Manager.
Serve as point of contact for local operations and liaise with external partners (warehouse, IT, telecom, leasing, events).
Oversee logistics and reorders of office and training materials.
As an early member of the Nordberg Medical team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to contribute to our journey as a global leader in regenerative solutions.
This position is based in Germany and offered on a remote basis, with the option for hybrid work if preferred. You will report directly to the General Manager for Germany and Austria. Occasional travel within Germany and Austria may be required for meetings, trainings, and events.
What you bring to this role: At least 5 years experience in an assisting role preferably in fast-paced commercial environments and with experience supporting sales teams
Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and ability to work independently with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented and collaborative mindset. Adaptability and flexibility as we are a growing organisation, the processes, scope of responsibilities and focus can change depending on the evolving needs
Fluency in English and German with excellent oral and written communication skills
