Job Description

The Analyst will join P10’s Global Client Solutions (“GCS”) team in New York. This team is responsible for assisting in business development and fundraising opportunities across the P10 platform, as well as the creation and maintenance of all marketing materials and investor communications for P10’s products.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

Assist with capital formation efforts across P10 and its investment strategies

Support fundraising team and senior leadership: assist with the production of talking points, ad hoc presentations, and strategic projects

Marketing materials and investor communications: work collaboratively with business leaders and various teams within P10 and its investment strategies to create and maintain presentation materials, investor reporting, and other investor communications (e.g., webinars, video content, other investor memoranda)

New product launches: contribute to business development initiatives and assist with strategic planning for new fund launches (including strategic accounts and SMAs), production of presentation materials, private placement memoranda, and handling investor due diligence

Team player: contribute to a collegial, team‑oriented work environment and work closely with our Data Solutions team on proprietary data‑driven initiatives

Product knowledge: become an expert on P10’s product offerings and capabilities

Job Requirements

P10 seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, have sound judgment, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to strong analytical and time‑management skills, the successful candidate must have:

1+ years of professional experience

Prior work experience in investment banking, investor relations and/or private equity is preferred

Highly motivated (a self‑starter) with demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to multi‑task and execute a wide range of assignments

Ability to produce creative, compelling, detailed materials and information for existing and prospective investors; strong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office

Leadership and strong project management capabilities

Demonstrated ability to write effectively

Candidate should be able to quickly pivot between a variety of projects and be a team‑oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment

Strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to learn

Operate with the highest degree of professional integrity, motivation, and intellectual curiosity

Expected annual base salary range:

$100,000 - $125,000

You may be required to obtain certain securities licenses if you are in a client‑facing role and/or if you are engaged in the following:

Attending client meetings where you are discussing P10 products and/or client questions;

Marketing P10 funds to new or existing clients;

Structuring or creating P10 funds/products; and

Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.
