Assistant Director of Nursing – Sheboygan Progressive Health Services. We’re hiring an experienced RN leader ready to take the next step. Salary: $90K–$105K based on experience. This is a leadership role that includes time on the floor with residents and staff. Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in the management and delivery of nursing services in planning, organization, direction, supervision and evaluation of all nursing services provided in the center. Assist the DON in ensuring nursing department compliance with federal, state and local regulations and implementation of center nursing core programs. Ensure maintenance of records and reports concerning resident care. Ensure the orientation and training of nursing services personnel. Manage the Nursing department within budget in the absence of the DON. Follow all center policies and procedures. Be subject to on-call rotation. Requirements

Current RN license with the state. Strong financial and management skills; ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule and occasional overnight travel. Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, community members, volunteers and center staff. Interested in and possess a positive attitude about working with long-term care residents and the elderly. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Meet health requirements as required by law. Demonstrates basic computer knowledge and ability to learn company applications; computer proficiency with Microsoft products. Subject to call schedule. Experience in a fast-paced environment. Post-acute care or health care experience preferred. Benefits
