Welcome customers promptly and identify their service needs
Prepare detailed and accurate service orders and estimates
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
Provide regular updates to customers about their vehicle status
Maintain an organized, clean, and professional service area
Address customer questions and resolve concerns quickly
Recommend additional services or products to improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Dealership experience preferred
Solid understanding of automotive systems and ability to identify issues quickly
Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and eagerness to learn new systems
Ability to understand and follow new repair and service procedures
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
