Mid-Level Collection Strategist
to support a federal government client.

Job Description:
Assess and provide recommendations on DoD and IC policies related to intelligence collection and associated authorities across all intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and MASINT) for J23.
Apply knowledge of intelligence collection disciplines, capabilities, processes, and systems to develop full-scope collection strategies to meet USSPACECOM PIRs and current intelligence needs related to deliberate/crisis action planning and military operations.
Integrate, manage, assess, and present relevant information to support comprehensive collection strategies supporting USSPACECOM activities.
Desired Experience:
At least 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with a minimum of 2 years within the last 2 years.
Knowledge of guiding DoD- and IC-controlled collection platforms/sensors.
Experience with intelligence TCPED processes, planning tools, and repositories of associated information.
Desired Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Alternatively, 12 years of experience in the specific labor category can substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
Additional desired qualifications include graduating from an in-residence DoD / IC collection management course and having at least six years of relevant experience.
