Responsibilities
Greet customers and obtain vehicle information
Document vehicle symptoms and service needs
Recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history
Prepare accurate repair estimates for labor and parts
Communicate repair progress and follow-up times
Verify invoices and explain all completed work to customers
Maintain manufacturer training and product knowledge
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager (Ford experience preferred)
Proven record of customer satisfaction and performance
Strong communication and organizational skills
Energetic, professional, and goal-oriented demeanor
Ability to learn new systems and processes
High school diploma or equivalent
