At a Glance This role leads end‑to‑end warehouse operations and reverse logistics processes, including receiving, inventory management, shipping, returns processing, and product rework. The Senior Manager ensures operational efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction while driving process improvement across the distribution lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
Optimize layout, workflows, and space utilization to maximize efficiency and throughput.
Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement in performance metrics.
Ensure inventory accuracy through effective cycle counting, audits, and system controls.
Enforce OSHA standards and implement strong safety protocols.
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems to track and analyze inventory and workflow performance.
Reverse Logistics & Product Rework
Manage customer returns (RMA), including inspection, verification, and failure analysis.
Coordinate with Engineering to rework returned products (hardware/firmware as required).
Quarantine and process non‑conforming or defective materials.
Lead the team in performing quality control inspections on inbound returned products.
Create and maintain SOPs for all reverse logistics and rework activities.
Leadership & Strategic Oversight
Lead, train, and develop warehouse and reverse logistics teams.
Provide input into budget planning and contribute to broader strategic decisions.
Resolve escalated operational issues, collaborating cross‑functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Customer Support.
Support urgent customer orders and ensure a responsive, customer‑focused operation.
Salary Range: $135,000 – $161,000
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
8+ years of experience in warehouse management, reverse logistics, or manufacturing operations.
3+ years in a managerial or team leadership role.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, WMS, and inventory control software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Familiarity with electronic assemblies and basic failure analysis.
Ability to write and implement operational procedures and process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
15+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or manufacturing.
Experience with Salesforce, Arena, JDE, and PkMS.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
