Resolves hardware and software problems within established service level agreements. Processes incidents and service requests through established incident and request fulfillment processes. Identifies root causes and trends in incident handling. Provides feedback as part of ongoing process improvement activities. Qualifications

— Essential: Associate Experience

— Essential: Two Years Credentials

— Essential: Florida Driver's License; ITIL Foundation Certification; CompTIA Certification; Microsoft Certified DeskTop Support Technician Additional Information
