Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods Corp is seeking a Customer Care Leader for our Elk Grove Village location. As our Customer Care Lead, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient customer service for internal and external contacts and customers. Act as the first point of contact with customers and work to satisfactorily resolve issues. Meet established standards including fill rate, invoice accuracy, and appropriate lead-time. Liaise with the Sales Department on customer issues and implementation of new customers. What you are going to be doing… Communicate with the customer base to process customer orders and complete invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate with the sales force and CC Team to answer general customer questions and issue resolutions. Monitor, evaluate, and present solutions to potential problem areas. Resolve customer situations and make decisions based on specific customer needs and expectations. Maintain customer files and communicate information to appropriate parties. Take initiative to stay current on product line, prices, delivery time, and marketing promotional services. Perform other projects and tasks as assigned. Report people safety, food safety, or quality observations to the management team and/or area QA for immediate actions. In the absence of the Customer Care Rep, other Customer Care Reps and/or Sr. Customer Service Lead will support the position requirements. What you need to Have… 1+ years customer service experience required. Experience in food service/manufacturing is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience working with an ERP system. Ability to work a flexible schedule is a plus. Experience supporting a field sales organization and brokers is a plus.
