What You’ll Do:
Gather and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Collaborate with business development, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Guide product development with a focus on mobile core networks (GSM, LTE, 5G) and RAN products. Engage with mobile network operators (MNOs) to share knowledge, gather feedback, and refine network architecture. Create and execute end-to-end test plans, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For:
A strong technical background with a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecom, IT, or similar). 10+ years of experience in the wireless industry, working with MNOs or vendors. Strong technical background in mobile wireless core networks among different technologies including GSM, LTE, and 5G as well as interworking between different networks (e.g. roaming and interconnects). Familiarity with 3GPP NTN standards, and the ability to articulate clear NTN features required to meet customer requirements. Expertise in protocols such as SS7, DIAMETER, VoLTE, IMS, and more. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-energy, fast-paced environments. Experience with 3GPP standards, agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA/Confluence is a plus.
