NeoWork Project Manager (Asana Expert)
NeoWork is seeking a highly organized Project Manager (Asana Expert) to oversee project communications, workflow management, and stakeholder coordination across multiple initiatives. This teammate will serve as the primary point of contact for updates, documentation, and follow-ups using Asana and other collaboration tools. They will ensure visibility, accountability, and smooth project execution while continuously optimizing workflows through emerging AI tools and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Asana projects to ensure timelines, deliverables, and priorities remain clear and aligned.
Coordinate communications and follow-ups across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute project reports, summaries, and performance updates.
Optimize workflows and implement process improvements using AI-driven tools.
Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely project completion.
Maintain documentation, dashboards, and project visibility across all stages.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience
in project management, operations, or similar roles.
Expert-level proficiency in Asana , including workflows, automation, dashboards, and integrations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; comfortable working in dynamic environments.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing ambiguity.
Familiarity with
AI tools
and platforms such as Notion, ClickUp, Slack, Zapier, and Google Workspace.
