Our client, an established mid sized law firm seeks a mid-level
Corporate Associate Attorney
to support its transactional practice. The position offers exposure to complex business transactions and direct client interaction in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate and transactional documents, including purchase agreements, governance instruments, and related contracts.
Coordinate with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel to ensure timely completion of transactions.
Provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters as needed.
Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality work product.
Qualifications
2–6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or related corporate transactional work.
Proven drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and relationship management abilities, with regular client and counterpart contact expected.
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Additional Information
Billable Hours:
1,800 annually.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary, generally within the low to mid $200,000 range.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid schedule with up to three remote workdays per week permitted.
