You’ll receive the tools, training, and guidance to help you master acquisitions while building confidence in negotiations, deal analysis, and relationship management. With direct mentorship and real-world experience, you’ll learn how to thrive in the investment side of real estate and build lasting financial success.

Responsibilities Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
Qualifications Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, & superior phone skills to set and close appointments
Compensation $150,000 at plan
