This is a remote position. Overview : Lead and manage QA activities across the Origami Policy Administration platform for new implementations, enhancements, and integrations. Define and execute QA strategy, test planning, and test execution aligned with insurance business workflows. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure requirement clarity, test coverage, and acceptance criteria alignment. Oversee test design, regression planning, execution, and defect management to ensure high-quality releases. Drive test automation adoption (UI/API/regression), leveraging frameworks such as Selenium, Rest Assured, or similar. Ensure robust requirements traceability and end-to-end testing across core policy administration processes (underwriting, rating, issuance, renewals, and endorsements). Support UAT planning and provide guidance to business teams in test validation. Provide QA reporting, dashboards, and metrics for governance and continuous improvement. Mentor and guide QA team members in insurance domain knowledge, functional testing, and automation practices. Requirements
Required Skills & Experience QA Leadership: 7 to 10 years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in a QA Lead role. Policy Administration Domain: Strong experience in P&C insurance policy administration; Commercial Property preferred. Origami Risk Platform: Prior QA or BA experience in Origami (preferred), or comparable policy admin platforms. Generic QA Skills: Strong foundation in test case design, execution, regression planning, and defect lifecycle management. Automation: Hands-on or exposure to automation testing; ability to strategize automation adoption. Agile/DevOps Practices: Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Xray, TestRail, ALM, or similar. Communication & Collaboration: Strong skills to engage stakeholders, coordinate across teams, and present QA results.
